Learn, Play, Grow Children's Therapy Services provides occupational, physical, and speech therapy services with a family centered, team approach.  We provide therapy for children from birth to 21 years of age and are conveniently located in the heart of Fort Smith, at 311 Lexington Ave.  We are locally owned and operated by therapists who have over 40 years of combined pediatric experience.  We look forward to working with you to provide the best care possible for your children.
